Wed Liturgy 05/20/2020

  *All other services will remain suspended until further notice*Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a fair distribution of the services and safe practices

1. You will only be allowed to attend liturgy if/when you complete an online registration form – NO walk-ins will be allowed under any circumstances.
2. Please refrain from registering If you don’t feel comfortable/safe to attend the liturgy.
3. I will send you the link to the registration form via text message Tomorrow Friday at 12pm. Participation will be on a first-come first-serve basis.
4. Family members attending together will need to fill out only ONE registration form.
5. You will be allowed to choose only ONE day of the week to attend the liturgy. The frequency of your attendance will be based on the number registered that same day as well as the allowed gathering capacity.
6. If you provide your email on the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email once you complete the form.
7. You will be contacted by myself, or a church servant, to inform you of your scheduled date of attendance.
8. Deacons & Orban servants will need to follow the same steps for registering as the rest of the congregation – whether registering individually or with your family.
9. Should you need to reschedule for emergency reasons, please contact me in advance and do not reschedule.
10. For special cases, I am willing to provide communion in your home per request.
11. For the utmost safety of our members, the church has contracted a professional cleaning company to clean and sanitize following each liturgy.
12. Please be patient with us as we develop this schedule. I am confident that all registrants will be able to participate in liturgy and communion within 3-4 weeks.

Before attending your scheduled liturgy

1. Please do not plan on attending liturgy and contact me if you’ve recently:     
   • Developed symptoms such as fever, cough or trouble breathing,
   • Been in contact with anyone who tested positive within one month,
   • Traveled by plane within 14 days

   On your scheduled liturgy day

2. Please bring your own:     
   • Mask (You should be wearing it all the time)
   • Head scarf (for women)
   • Mouth covering “lifafa”, water bottle(s) (for communion)
   • Sanitary/Clorox wipes or hand sanitizers
   • Gloves (optional)
3. Please park in the back area of the parking lot (behind the gym) ONLY. The 4 parking spaces directly in front of the church will be reserved for handicap.

Prior to entering the church

1. Your name will be checked to make sure it is on the list for attendance that day
2. You will be required to fill out a short (standard) form as it relates to your symptoms, contacts and travel history.
3. You will have your temperature checked. Temperatures above 100℉ will be asked to reschedule.
4. You will be informed where to be seated – there will be designated areas for each family separate from those attending individually.

During the liturgy

1. Restroom will be single family usage at a time and will be guided by a servant. Please sanitize the toilet seats and door handles before and after each use.
2. For communion, follow the signs on the floor to keep a 6-foot distance between one another. Lower your mask for communion and return to your same spot.

After communion

1. Please be seated in your spot for Orban distribution. You will be told which door to exit (all 4 gym doors will be used for exiting).
2. Avoid greeting or gathering in the parking lot.

2.  يرجى الامتناع عن التسجيل إذا لم تشعر بالراحة أو الأمان لحضور القداس.
3.  سأرسل لك رابط استمارة التسجيل عبر رسالة تليفونية غداً الجمعة ١ مايو الساعة ١٢ ظهراً وستكون المشاركة على أساس أسبقية التسجيل.
4.  يجب على أفراد الأسرة الذين يحضرون معا ملء نموذج تسجيل واحد فقط.
5.  يسمح لك باختيار يوم واحد من أيام الأسبوع لحضور القداس. يعتمد تكرار حضوركم على العدد المسجل في نفس اليوم بالإضافة إلى سعة التجمع المسموح بها.
6.  إذا قمت بكتابة بريدك الإلكتروني في نموذج التسجيل، فسوف تتلقى رسالة تأكيد بالبريد الإلكتروني بمجرد إكمال النموذج.
7.  ستتلقى اتصال تليفوني مني شخصياً أو من أحد خدام الكنيسة لإبلاغك بتاريخ القداس الذي ستحضره.
8.  سوف يحتاج الشمامسة وخدام القربان إلى اتباع نفس الخطوات للتسجيل مثل باقي الشعب - سواء بالتسجيل بشكل فردي أو مع عائلتك.
9.  أنا على استعداد لمناولة الحالات الخاصة بمكان وجودهم – الرجاء الاتصال بي شخصياً للترتيب.
10.  لتحقيق أقصى درجات الأمان لأعضائنا، تعاقدت الكنيسة مع شركة متخصصة لتنظيف وتعقيم المكان بعد كل قداس.
11.  أنا علي ثقة من أن جميع المسجلين سيكونون قادرين على التناول في خلال ٣-٤ أسابيع. لذلك يرجى التحلي بالصبر اثناء وضع هذا الجدول الزمني في الأسابيع القادمة.
12.  إذا كان لديك تغيير في جدولك الشخصي بعد ملء النموذج الخاص بك أو حدث شيء يمنعك من حضور القداس المعين لك برجاء الاتصال بي شخصياً مسبقًا بيوم على الاقل لتحديد ميعاد آخر للحضور.

قبل ميعاد القداس المحدد لك:

1. إمتنع عن حضور القداس إذا:     
   • كنت تعاني من ارتفاع في درجة الحرارة أو السعال أو صعوبة التنفس
   • كنت قد تقابلت مع أي شخص ثبت انه مصاب بالكورونا في الشهر السابق للقداس،
   • كنت قد سافرت بالطائرة في خلال 14 يوم قبل موعد القداس.
2. إذا نلت البركة في حضور القداس في أي كنيسة أخرى، فيرجى إبلاغي بذلك حتى نتمكن من إعطاء الفرصة لشخص/عائلة أخرى للحضور مكانك.

في يوم القداس الذى ستقوم بحضوره:

1. يرجى إحضار ما يلي:     
   • Mask وارتداؤه طوال الوقت
   • إيشارب (للنساء)
   • لفافة وزجاجة مياه (للتناول)
   • معقمات لاستخدامك الخاص او Clorox wipes
   • Gloves (إذا كنت تفضل ذلك)
2. يرجى الوقوف في المنطقة الخلفية من موقف السيارات (خلف صالة الألعاب الرياضية) فقط. سيتم حجز أماكن وقوف السيارات الأربعة أمام الكنيسة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة (handicap).

قبل دخول الكنيسة:

1. سيتم التحقق من اسمك للتأكد من أنه مدرج في القائمة للحضور في ذلك اليوم
2. سيُطلب منك ملء نموذج قصير للتأكد من عدم وجود مايمنع حضورك للقداس.
3. سوف يتم فحص درجة حرارتك. إذا كانت درجة الحرارة أعلى من 100 ℉. سيطلب منك عدم حضور القداس في هذا اليوم والاتصال بأبونا لتحديد ميعاد آخر.
4. سيتم إبلاغك بمكان الجلوس في الكنيسة - ستكون هناك مناطق مخصصة لكل عائلة منفصلة عن أماكن جلوس الافراد.

أثناء القداس:

1. استخدام الحمامات سيكون مسموحاً للفرد او افراد العائلة الواحدة في كل مرة. يرجى تطهير مقاعد التواليت ومقابض الأبواب قبل وبعد كل الإستخدام.
2. عن التقدم للمناولة، اتبع اللافتات الموجودة على الأرض للحفاظ على مسافة ال 6 أقدام. اخفض ال maskللتناول ثم ارجع إلى مكانك.

بعد التناول:

1. يرجى الجلوس في مكانك لتوزيع القربان وتوجيهك الي باب الخروج (سيتم استخدام جميع أبواب الكنيسة الأربعة للخروج).
2. تجنب التجمع في موقف السيارات.
